Ferrite pot magnets or ceramic pot magnets are sintered permanent magnets composed of barium or strontium carbonate and iron oxide. They are magnets with good resistance to demagnetization.
These pot magnets consist of ferrite magnets bonded to an iron casing.
These ferrite pot magnets are easy to handle and are used when very strong magnetic forces are not required, since they are more economical ceramic magnets.
Ferrite pot magnets perform better at high temperatures than neodymium pot magnets. The ceramic magnets are protected inside the casing, which in addition to providing protection, prevents magnetic field dispersion and increases the strength of the magnetic system.
They are permanent magnets that perform very well at high temperatures and have good resistance to aggressive chemical agents in industrial processes.
