3D PRINTING

Industrial 3D printing is a manufacturing technology that relies on material addition, unlike traditional methods where a three-dimensional object is created by successive layering of material. In subtractive processes, a significant amount of material is often wasted. In contrast, 3D printing uses only the exact amount of material required.

CNC MACHINING

CNC machining is an excellent technology for rapid prototyping and the production of rigid materials, including most metals and plastics.

Thanks to its configuration, CNC machining operations allow for high-speed production, making bulk manufacturing not only more economical but also significantly more precise.

SILICONE MOLDS AND PLASTIC PARTS

Silicone molding technology is particularly advantageous when short production runs of 10 to 100 plastic parts are needed. Silicone molds are almost always created using a model obtained through stereolithography.

Vacuum casting technology is typically used to produce small to medium-sized plastic parts with intricate details. The wide range of polyurethane resins available allows manufacturers to closely replicate the final thermoplastic, enabling small series of parts that are highly representative of the final product.
