Samarium Magnetic Bases

Samarium Magnetic Bases

Samarium magnetic bases are part of the group of rare earth magnets. They are the new generation of magnetic materials.

These magnetic bases are made of an alloy of Samarium and Cobalt that results in a strong permanent magnet. For this reason, our Samarium-Cobalt magnetic bases are high quality magnets and are made of the second strongest material after Neodymium magnets.

Samarium-Cobalt magnetic bases have a number of advantages over Neodymium magnetic bases.

They are rare earth magnets (like Neodymium magnets), which can work at high temperatures and have excellent mechanical properties against corrosion.

Samarium-Cobalt magnets are protected within the casing that, in addition to protecting, prevents the dispersion of the magnetic field and increases the strength of the magnetic system.

Samarium magnetic bases have good performance at high temperatures and tolerance to aggressive chemical agents in all types of industrial processes.
